THE PROBLEM

Attaining more customers through the door is what every pub and restaurant owner dreams of.  With modern technology and the Internet, there’s never been a better time to achieve this. The goal is to feed the imaginations of your customer-base so that there is a constant stream of foot-traffic coming through at any one time.

With an old looking website, and not much going on in the way of social media, we were approached by a local Llangollen pub in need of a complete online overhaul.

WHAT WE DID

A new bespoke website, revamped branding and graphics.

The Bridge End Hotal in Llangollen came to us in need of a new website and improved online presence; in particular promoting their new Christmas Menu for 2019. Our tasks included:

  1. Creating a new website to showcase who they were and what they do. This included a bunch of new menu designs that were simple and distraction free.
  2. Claiming ownership and updating Google and Bing business listings
  3. Claiming ownership and updating review citation websites
  4. Writing weekly blog and social media posts advertising events happening at the pub
  5. Designing a new set of graphics primarily used to advertise on social media.

THE RESULTS

  2. Massive engagement increase on Facebook; from an average of 50 engagements to 1,100 
  3. Increase in inquiries, table bookings and special menu bookings (such as Christmas and Easter).
